Rosemary Bloom Marzio is a certified business coach with over 30 years international corporate and coaching experience.

Rosemary supports senior executives and their teams to raise their performance and impact and to make positive and sustainable differences in the wider context in which they operate. She leverages her experience and pragmatism to get quickly to the heart of an issue, using a blend of challenge and support.

Rosemary’s professional background and coaching experience have given her a particular understanding of the issues faced within multinational and multicultural organisations and within professional service firms.

Rosemary is bilingual (English / French) and coaches in both languages. She is based in France and works globally.

Background

Rosemary trained as lawyer in South Africa (her country of origin) and England. She spent the first 18 years of her professional life working in major law firms in New York and London, and then ultimately as Senior Vice President, European General Counsel for The Walt Disney Company based in the European Headquarters in London. In the latter role she had management responsibility for a significant pan-European legal team, and held positions on various Disney company boards. 

On moving to France Rosemary qualified as a business coach, and thereafter spent 13 years at an international coaching firm where she was co-managing partner of their French office for 6 years. She co-founded the coaching firm SquareDot Partners in 2021.

Rosemary is a Board member of Orphelins Sida International.

Expertise

Rosemary has extensive experience coaching business leaders and their teams in diverse sectors. Her individual coaching addresses a wide variety of situations, including taking on senior executive responsibilities, implementing change, team leadership, building leadership presence, enhancing emotional intelligence and working effectively in multicultural environments.

Adopting a systemic approach, the work Rosemary does with teams is both outward-focused (including defining the team’s mission based on stakeholder expectations, ensuring on-going communication with stakeholders) and inward- focused (including clarifying goals, roles and responsibilities and building trust, effective communication and accountability among team members).

Rosemary’s approach is to create a trusting and safe environment in which her clients can explore their opportunities and challenges, increase awareness, develop in personal maturity and make conscious, creative choices.
